Our mission through BASK LB is to inspire all people no matter what race, colour, creed, age or orientation to look after each other. The world is a better place when that happens.
To Bask means to leave yourself open to the world around you as if you are lying exposed to warmth from the sun for relaxation with an awareness to dismiss the craziness of what is happening and not give a hoot about that.
Bask is a state of mind in which there is strength through vulnerability with an openness to possibilities - on your terms. It strikes a chord with people, wherever they are. Let your environment be a product of you.
Bask celebrates a culture of creativity, it all started as a collaboration between friends, inspired by an old friend, to look after your mates. It is a reminder for us of him, someone who revealed the best of what life has to offer with warmth for friendship, love, light and creativity. Bask LB is to Bask Like Barney.
Life is more fun with friends. When people look after each other the world is a better place. As our business grows we intend to reinvest and partner with community projects as part of a give back program.
Why is our logo purple? Well firstly it was Barney's favourite colour. Secondly, purple is a colour rarely seen in nature. A sign of hope, courage and bravery to many. With our purple logo, we want to evoke that purple feeling every day.
